Its place in a wellness routine
Sleep and relaxation support is planned for a future collection. Not available to order.
This is a 30-capsule bottle. Nutrition, medical history, medicines and existing supplements all affect whether an oral product is suitable. Its role is separate from that of a topical skin or hair product.
Capsule delivery and technology
A capsule organises ingredients into a convenient portion and helps protect a dry blend during storage. Dissolution, enzyme activity, viable culture counts and ingredient exposure are separate considerations. Particle size and encapsulation are properties of the actual material; the word Nano in a name does not establish its behaviour in the body.
Ingredient-by-ingredient explanation
L-tryptophan
L-tryptophan
Essential amino acid and serotonin precursor; combining serotonergic substances needs medical oversight.
L-theanine
L-theanine
Studied for stress-related and sleep-related measures in small human trials.
Mucuna seed extract
Mucuna pruriens
Contains L-DOPA and can have drug-like effects; it is not a general-purpose sleep nutrient.
Ashwagandha root extract
Withania somnifera
Specific extracts have been studied for stress and sleep-related outcomes.
Passionflower extract
Passiflora incarnata
Traditionally used in relaxation preparations; sedation and interactions are possible.
Chamomile extract
Matricaria chamomilla / Matricaria recutita
Traditionally used in relaxation preparations; human sleep findings are mixed.
Magnesium bisglycinate
Magnesium bisglycinate
Magnesium contributes to normal nervous-system and muscle function.
5-HTP from Griffonia seed
Griffonia simplicifolia / 5-hydroxytryptophan
Serotonin precursor researched in small sleep studies; interactions are clinically important.

Circadian signalling molecule. Tart cherry extract and a measured melatonin ingredient are not interchangeable.

Ocimum tenuiflorum / Ocimum sanctum
Specific extracts have been studied for stress and sleep-related measures.

Zinc picolinate
Zinc contributes to normal immune function and protein synthesis.
Vitamin B6
Pyridoxal-5-phosphate
Contributes to normal nervous-system function and amino-acid metabolism.

Crocus sativus stigma
Specific extracts have been studied for sleep-quality measures.
Shatavari root extract
Asparagus racemosus
A traditional botanical studied in selected adult female populations.
